Here’s a little spell I wrote to manifest yourself a home, I’ll let you know how it goes!
Timing: Full Moon
Ingredients: Sachet, Quartz, Magnetic Stone, Paper and Pen, Red Rose Petals/Buds, Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, a Cinnamon Stick, Crushed Red Pepper, Green Ribbon, and a pre-painted Bird House, one with a big enough opening to fit all of the above.
Instructions: A day or so before the full moon, paint your birdhouse so it will be dry. I painted mine with the sun and moon, runes, and a tree, plus the word home.
Call the Quarters, and invoke your Deities (skip this part if you’re non-religious)
Now, write down on your piece of paper what you want for your new home. Write as if it’s already happened, like, “I have a home./My home is safe./I can pay all my bills./etc.” Fold the paper 3 times (mine was small so it would fit in my sachet) then draw on it a heart with a pentacle inside. Add to your sachet.
Now, add the rose buds, saying, “I add these roses for love, happiness, and prosperity.”
Add your Rosemary and say, “I add this rosemary for protection and luck.”
Then, add your cinnamon stick, saying, “I add this cinnamon for love and luck.”
Next, add your red pepper and say, “I add this pepper to heat things up and move them along.”
Then, add salt and black pepper, saying, “I add this salt to purify, and this black pepper to banish all negativity and evil.”
Now it’s time to add your magnet stone and say, “I add this stone to draw my desire to me.”
Finally, hold your quartz in your hand and visualize your home in detail, now, add it to the sachet saying: “I charge this crystal with my wish, and it is now alive and will come true for me.”
Tie the sachet with the green ribbon, with 3 knots, then a bow, the green ribbon is for prosperity.
Now, take your sachet and stuff it into your birdhouse, which will stand as a representation of your future home.
Bless your house by saying, “This is my home, and it is safe and prosperous and happy. It is already mine. So I wish it, so mote it be.”
Thank the Quarters and Divine, close the circle.
So, I’m the proud owner of a modest collection of divination tools. I have 3 tarot decks, the Robin Wood Tarot, the (mini) Pagan Tarot (which I keep in my purse for emergencies), and the Revelations Tarot. I also have 3 oracle decks, Magical Messages for the Faries, Wisdom from the Hidden Realms, and Goddess Guidance. And, of course, I have my set of Runes.
Well, I’m trying very hard to memorize my tarot meanings right now, and it’s haaaaard. There’s 78 cards, okay. And I want to know them by sight so I can start giving readings, okay. On the fly. Then I need to learn my runes by sight too.
I’m using my Revelations tarot for the learning because the images reversed are different, making it easier to see what they mean. By the way, this deck is gorgeous, and I recommend it to you all!
Does anyone have any suggestions, sites, tips, etc for me? It’s my goal for the year t become a tarot pro! How did you learn tarot?
I have that pentacle! I wish I had the Book of Shadows though man.

Well guys, I came out of the broom closet at work.
Oh yeah, and I’m back. I did a lot of soul searching and have made some changes in my life, but, more on that in a second…
I found out one of the girls I worked with is an out and proud Pagan. Everyone knew it, and no one seemed to care at all….
that’s great things have worked out so well! c:
Its nice being open about things~
hehe, soon you’ll be like me handing out business cards for charm making.
And I am well~ Just learning about TechnoWitchcraft
and using the pokemon Unknown for sigils
I love that! O_O Haha, perhaps, I have been called upon a lot for readings. And I’ve been doing a very intense Herbal study, soon I’ll be doing a lot of teas and sachets, good old folk magic!
Well guys, I came out of the broom closet at work.
Oh yeah, and I’m back. I did a lot of soul searching and have made some changes in my life, but, more on that in a second…
I found out one of the girls I worked with is an out and proud Pagan. Everyone knew it, and no one seemed to care at all. I fact, our boss even gave her the Solstice off. I braved up enough to comment on her pentacle one day. She began to explain to me what she believed, and I confessed I was a secret Pagan myself.
Well, she since moved to another store, but, she’s getting married this weekend, and it’s going to be a Handfasting. Everyone at work was discussing what that meant, and I decided to step in and explain. They asked me if I was Pagan and they said yes. They had a lot of questions for me, and I am happy to report that they are all accepting. I even found out two other girls at work are practicing Pagans! Who would have guessed?!
I have also stopped hiding all my Pagan things. My books are on my shelf in the open, I keep my tarots and use them often, and my altar is always up. My family avoids talking about it much, but, I feel like I don’t need to hide anymore.
I’ve had a great spiritual awakening this fall/winter. I’ve decided to make some changes. For one, I’ve decided to stop referring to myself as solely Wiccan. I’ve found that trying to stick to a label has only held me back from exploring all that the Goddess has to offer me. Trying to work within a boundary, even a loose one, is keeping me from walking down all the roads I can, and, after my early religious life, i refuse to let myself be bound right now. My beliefs and practice style still closely resemble Wicca, but, I’m considering myself largely just Pagan. Will I one day fully settle into the title? Maybe, maybe not. But, I’m not ready to be pinned down just yet.
I’m still 100% dedicated to the Goddess. I find it hard to really relate to a God, even though I believe that the universe is Male and Female. So, these days I pretty much work exclusively with Goddess energy. I find it empowering to say I love my mother earth, and she flows through me in my practice.
Well, that’s what’s new with me, how are all you witches??
How have you been everyone? I took a little break from blogging to try to get back in touch with the spiritual side of my life. I had a really great Samhain, I did a cleansing ritual which is helping me feel a lot better.
My life has been really hectic, to say the least. The new job has been stressful lately, as has my life in general. I’m trying to keep everything in balance so I can keep my sanity.
I’ve missed talking to you witches! How is everyone?
I need/want some giant points!

I’ve been trying to spend some time away from the internet lately. I found that I spent more time TALKING about Wicca than PRACTICING Wicca. I think it’s an easy trap to fall into for anyone with the internet really, you love something, so you research it, then you blog about it, then you slowly spend a lot of time thinking about your craft and not a lot of time actually working on it.
It’s time for me to really get back to my roots. Samhain is coming and it’s time to start getting in the right frame of mind for my rituals that I’ve planned. It’s good to come on here and talk to so many people of different spiritual backgrounds and find support and inspiration. But, the most important thing is not to loose track of the connection to the Goddess inside me.
Do, if you haven’t heard much from me and have been missing me, sorry! I love all you guys, I’m just trying to be a little more introspective right now. What do you guys do to stay close to your spirituality?
Perhaps we could make some fancy pumpkin tea for Samhain this year!
